The Future Leaders Network (FLN) creates opportunities for early- and mid-career members to enhance leadership skills and prepares them to become leaders in dermatologic surgery.
The one-year curriculum provides education for mentors and mentees and incorporates leadership training and skill building in project management. Training is provided by professional leadership educators and facilitators, combined with experienced ASDS members. Experiential learning through the development of a focused project puts skills learned into action.
